During of the International Youth Day, the volunteers of the association "Udhëtim i Lirë - Liberi di Viaggiare" have participated in two online meetings. The meetings are organized by our international partners and members of the networks to which we adhere. The topics of the meetings were directly related to the youth, as they took place in the framework of 12 August.

Roli i të rinjve në luftën kundër “gjuhës së urrejtjes”- “hate speech” ishte një temë që i përfshiu të rinjtë. Diskutimet me panelistë të cilët përfaqësonin disa nga organizatat më në zë për rininë në nivel ndërkombëtar ishte mjaft i ngjeshur. Të rinjtë drejtuan pyetje lidhur me rolin që ata kanë në këtë çështje dhe cilat janë mënyrat më të mira për ta luftuar. Përgjigjet dhe mesazhet që ata përcillnin promovonin tolerancën, drejtësinë, respektimin e të drejtave të njeriut dhe dialogun ndërkulturor. Koferenca “The Role of Young People in Combating Hate Speech and Crime” u organizua nga partnerët tanë National Assembly of Youth Organizations of the Republic Azerbaijan në bashkëpunim me Council of Europe dhe European Youth Forum

Equally interesting was the topic of the next meeting which was related to the role that young people have in creating a peaceful, just and inclusive society. This meeting brought together young people from all over the globe who discussed with each other the initiatives that young people can take to make society where they live more peaceful and inclusive. The meeting "The Role of Youth in Building and Sustaining Peaceful, Just and Inclusive Societies" was organized by the organization "Youth for Peace" which is the CC of URI (United Religions Initiative) for Bosnia and Herzegovina and following the URI Youth Connection sessions Café.
