The association "Udhëtim i Lirë – Liberi di Viaggiare" has successfully completed two important projects, focusing on children with special needs and climate issues.

"Nature-Based Solutions For The Conservation Of Pollinators In Green House & Urban Ecosystems" and "With You 4 You" are two projects funded by the Bulgarian Embassy through the "Bulgarian Development Aid." The closing meeting was attended by Mr. Asen Pachev, Chargé D’affaires a.i., Mrs. Maria Peeva, III Secretary, Executive Director Mrs. Miranda Mansaku, staff, and children from the "Colors of Life" center in Kavajë.

The children from the Durrës center had prepared flags of the Republic of Bulgaria, which they handed over to the representatives of the Embassy, while the children from the Tirana center greeted with some artistic performances.

During the event, the results of the experiment with pollinating bees, carried out in 5 greenhouses in the municipality of Durrës, were discussed. The findings of the study by Prof. Dr. Shpend Shahini regarding the use of these bees for natural pollination were presented, and videos prepared by the trained youth on the positive effects of using bees were launched.

Also, within the framework of the “With You 4 You” project, a summary of the activities carried out through the exchange of experiences between centers that provide services for children with special needs was presented, specifically those in Tirana, Durrës, and Kavajë.

Thanks to this project, all the equipment for providing physiotherapy services was set up in the Kavajë center, not only for the children attending the center but also for anyone in need of this service.
