The "Udhëtim i Lirë – Liberi di Viaggiare" association has continued to provide legal and psychological support for families affected by the November 26, 2019 earthquake. The latest meeting was with the project's lawyer, Ms. Erisilda Shpata, who explained the latest procedure issued by the Municipality of Durrës regarding the benefits and facilitations created for families affected by the earthquake.

This activity was organized within the framework of the "Youth Guide for Durres" project, which is supported by the Regional Program for Local Democracy in the Western Balkans (ReLOaD), funded by the European Union and implemented by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in partnership with the Municipality of Durrës.

Families affected by the earthquake received information during this meeting regarding new development zones, the amount they are entitled to based on the damage sustained, and the procedure they should follow if they are under the jurisdiction of another municipality (the Municipality of Kavajë). The lawyer also provided contact methods for the offices and responsible individuals who follow up on the procedures for families affected by the earthquake. Ms. Shpata shared her email address and phone number once again with the participants for any person or family in need of assistance with legal procedures.
