The association \"Udh\u00ebtim i Lir\u00eb - Liberi di Viaggiare\" during the months of March and April conducted a series of trainings for capacity building of young people in Durr\u00ebs. The trainings were conducted online and came as a request of young people to get more knowledge on topics such as: self-understanding, career counseling and planning, active citizenship, non-formal education, opportunities that the EU offers to young people. There were 95 young people who attended the full training cycle and expressed interest in further engaging in the activities that take place at the Multifunctional Youth Center Udh\u00ebtim i Lir\u00eb - Liberi di Viaggiare.<\/p>\n\n
The training developed the topics interactively and stimulated discussion among the participants, a way that develops critical thinking and enhances the debating skills of young people. In each topic the young people had exercises that they developed individually or in groups which they then presented to everyone. At the end of each exercise they received suggestions and comments from the coach and the rest of the group on how they could improve their performance.<\/p>\n\n
During the training cycle, the young people were introduced to a series of programs and initiatives that the European Union has for young people and the work that the association \"Udh\u00ebtim i Lir\u00eb - Liberi di Viaggiare\" has done in this area. The young people received information with the Erasmus + program and European Solidarity Corp. as well as the opportunities that the association offers to become part of them. <\/p>\n\n
